Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. Bring your number from any carrier. You'll need your account number and transfer PIN from your current provider, and most transfers finish in a few minutes.
Will my current phone work on Lumawave?
Most unlocked phones from the last five years work on our network. Enter your phone's IMEI during sign-up and we'll confirm before you switch.
What does the 3-year price lock cover?
Your plan's monthly price stays the same for three years from the day you join. Taxes, fees and add-ons you choose are separate.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No annual contract and no cancellation fee on our plans. If you finance a phone, the remaining device balance is due when you leave.
